When you use the chat coach, hand analysis, or voice mode, you are interacting with an automated system, not a human. Outputs are generated by AI.
What the AI does
It analyzes your sessions, hands, opponent behavior patterns, and any context you provide about a hand or an opponent - alongside your self-reported mental state - to offer coaching feedback, mental-game guidance, and pattern recognition.
Information about opponents
When you log a hand or write notes about an opponent, the information is sent to the AI as context for analysis - but always under pseudonymous identifiers (e.g., 'Opponent #1234'), never linked to verified third-party platform identities. The AI never sees data about other players beyond what you write yourself.
What the AI is NOT
Not a financial advisor. Not a therapist or psychologist. Not a guarantee of poker success. Not a substitute for professional help when you need it. Not a tool for clinical mental health assessment.
Accuracy
AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Verify any factual claim and use your own judgment for decisions involving real money.

Data sent to the AI
Your messages, session context, and hand details may be sent to the AI provider (Anthropic, Google, and/or OpenAI) for processing under their data processing agreements. Hand screenshots you upload for automatic recognition are sent as images to the image-analysis provider (currently OpenAI, with Google as fallback) together with your table screen name so your seat can be identified. No personally identifying information beyond what you type or upload is transmitted, and opponent identifiers are pseudonymized in text before transmission.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the decisions you make at the table. Treat AI suggestions as one perspective among many.
