Coach Personalization
- The coach learns you over time: tilt patterns, preferred communication style, goals, and play patterns.
- Rebuy check-in: if you reload (or re-enter) more times in a live session than your own usual for that format, a gentle check-in pops up ('that's a lot of bullets') and you can take it to the coach - it opens curious, not accusatory ('that's bullet #4, more than your usual ~1.5, what's the read?'). Cash rebuys are the stronger chasing signal; tournament re-entries are often mechanical, so the coach treats them lightly and never calls it tilt. It only fires when you have enough prior sessions to have a real baseline, and only once per unusual run.
- Game plan: the coach adapts its money advice to what poker IS for you. A professional plan gets the full bankroll doctrine; a recreational plan (fun on a monthly spending budget) gets advice anchored to YOUR budget, with stake verdicts presented as information rather than orders. If the coach doesn't know your plan yet it will ask once at a natural moment, and your answer is remembered for every future conversation. You can also answer it (optionally) when signing up, and set or change it anytime in Settings, under the coaching style section - including the monthly budget amount and its currency.
- Goals: Settings → My Goals. Add a goal like 'Move up to 2/5 by end of Q3' or 'Stop calling 3-bets OOP with marginal hands'.
- The coach will remember the goals and account for them. Sometimes reminding you, sometimes checking progress.
- Goal status: 'Completed' (done), 'Remove' (no longer relevant), 'Needs clarification' (if the goal is unclear, the AI will ask for detail). Each goal shows as a compact row - tap it to expand the full text and the 'Done' / 'Remove' buttons.
- Date and sorting: each goal shows the date it was added, and when there is more than one goal you can sort the list by date (newest/oldest) via 'Sort by date'. Older goals created before this feature was added appear without a date and sink to the bottom of the list.
- Language: goals are shown in your interface language. When you switch languages, existing goals saved in another language are translated automatically the next time you open the section (poker terms like SPR, 3-bet, ICM stay in English).
- Self-rating (A/B/C) on every hand you log. Over time this builds a picture of when you play A-game and when you don't.
- Pre-session intention: when starting a session, the 'What do you want to focus on' field is available. The coach factors it in throughout the session.
- Tilt episode log: the 'Mark Tilt' button on a session logs tilt episodes with trigger and energy level. Tilt patterns are saved in your profile.
- Weekly Digest: each week the system generates an automatic summary of sessions, patterns, and goals. Loaded on every new conversation with the coach.
- Digest includes: flashback on the week, goals progress, logged tilt episodes, notable hands, and mental patterns.
- The coach won't repeat basic questions. If you logged a 30% VPIP in the past, it won't ask again.
- Personal communication style: adaptation happens automatically based on how you write, whether you prefer direct or gentle, short or detailed responses.
- The more you use the app, the better the coach knows you. No need to repeat information.
