Import from PBT
- PBT (Poker Bankroll Tracker) is a popular bankroll management app. OctoCoach supports importing your session history from it.
- In PBT (its CSV export needs PBT Pro): open the menu → 'Account' → 'Manage your data' → 'Export to CSV', tap 'Export' and download the file named PBT-Bankroll-Export.csv. Finish any live session in PBT first.
- In OctoCoach: open the History tab → Sessions tab → tap the 'Import PBT' button.
- Select the CSV file from your device. A preview shows how many rows were found and the first five sessions.
- Sessions in shekels, dollars, euros or pounds come over as they are. Rows in any other currency are skipped and listed with the reason, because OctoCoach cannot show that currency; the preview says how many before you import.
- What comes over: dates, cash or tournament, game, stakes (including decimal blinds like 0,5), location, buy-in, rebuys, cash-out, breaks, notes, and for tournaments the place, the number of paid places, bounties, add-ons and re-entries. What stays behind: PBT's bankroll entries (deposits, payouts, costs, bonuses and casino games are not poker sessions), staking shares, PBT tags, field size, starting stack, hands per hour, chip graphs and photos. Tips paid from your stack are already out of the cash-out, so they count in the result but not as their own figure. Other expenses, such as parking or fees, are copied into the session's note but not subtracted from the result.
- Tap 'Import All' to confirm. Sessions appear in History with a PBT badge, and importing the same file again skips the sessions already there.
- Use the 'PBT Imports Only' filter to show only imported sessions.
- To undo the import: turn on the 'PBT Imports Only' filter and tap 'Delete import'. All imported sessions are removed.
- Export to CSV: from Settings → Data, tap 'Export CSV' to download all your sessions and tournaments as one spreadsheet file (opens in Excel or Google Sheets). The columns match this import format, so the file can be brought back into OctoCoach - or into another tracker.
