Help: Manual & Virtual Assistant
- First help source: the written manual (/manual). What you're reading now, a comprehensive document covering every feature in the app.
- Second help source: the virtual assistant (/guide). An interactive chat that answers questions about the app in real time.
- Difference between the two: the manual is organized by topic, good for thorough reference. The assistant answers a specific question and directs you to an action.
- Difference between the assistant and the Coach: the assistant deals with app usage. The Coach deals with poker strategy and mental game.
- Opening the assistant: tap the round floating question-mark button in the bottom corner of the screen, above the navigation bar. It's available on every page except the Coach (Chat), the assistant itself, and the Auth screen.
- The assistant works on the free plan too, for up to 15 questions a day. With Pro it is part of your regular AI allowance.
- Quick Actions in the assistant: 'How do I log a hand?', 'Where are my stats?', 'Report a bug', 'Feedback'.
- Opening a support ticket: when you report a bug or request a feature in the assistant, an internal ticket is created and forwarded to admins.
- Sending feedback: share a positive experience or improvement idea with the assistant. The feedback is saved and forwarded to admins.
- Auto-categorization: every submission in the assistant is categorized: bug / feature request / question / other.
- If something is unclear even after reading the manual, open the assistant and ask.
- If something is missing in the manual, report it to the assistant as a ticket. We'll update.
