Voice Input & Hand Image
- Voice input in the AI Coach: tap the microphone icon in chat to open a voice conversation with the coach (Gemini Live).
- The conversation flows in real time: you speak, the coach responds in voice while you're talking.
- Supports Hebrew and English. The app detects language from your primary language setting.
- Voice is a Pro feature. During the free trial it is limited to 5 short voice sessions (each a few exchanges); a paid subscription includes up to 60 minutes of voice a month (up to 15 minutes per conversation and up to 8 conversations a day), resetting at the start of each month. When the minutes run out, text chat keeps working as usual.
- Known issue (drupe on Android): if you have the drupe app installed, it blocks the microphone. Close drupe's floating bubble before a voice call.
- Microphone permission: on first use, your browser or PWA will ask for mic permission. Allow it.
- End call: tap the microphone icon again or the 'End Call' button to stop.
- The screen stays on during a voice call, so the phone does not turn the screen off by itself mid-conversation and cut the call. Once the call ends, the screen goes back to normal. If you lock the screen yourself or leave the app and the call drops, a chat message tells you that anything said after the drop was not heard; tap the mic to continue, and the coach picks up from the conversation already saved. In battery saver mode some phones do not allow keeping the screen on.
- The coach waits for you to finish: a short pause mid-sentence to think does not count as the end of your turn, and the coach replies only after about a second of silence. If the coach is already talking and you start speaking over it, it stops right away and listens.
- Auto-close on silence: if nobody speaks for 30 seconds, from the start of the call or from when the coach stops talking, the voice call closes by itself so it does not burn voice minutes. As long as you are talking the call stays open, even through a long stretch of speaking. To continue after it closes, tap the mic.
- Hand image: in the Hand Analysis page (/hand-analysis), tap the camera icon.
- Photograph or upload an image of a poker hand: from a screen, chips on the table, or a screenshot.
- The AI automatically detects the cards, the board, and visible actions in the image.
- After detection you can edit the results before saving.
- Supports PokerStars, GGPoker, and live reads. Better accuracy when the image is clearer.
